First, by establishing a welding and forging shop, it launched its first production line, the main goal of which at that time was a regular forging business, but after many years, this production line was equipped with more modern devices and more skilled employees, and became a production line for coils of various types of folding beds, including coils of regular folding beds, box beds, and light beds. After completing the coil production line, it took a big step towards painting coils and fittings by adding an electrostatic oven painting shop.
Then, because the coils had to be accompanied by their own fittings, it set up a molding and pressing production line, so the complex itself took on a large volume of fittings production.
Considering that the production of some types of fittings required turning, the lack of this led to the establishment of a lathe shop, which combined these three production lines to create a complete production line for all types of folding bed or box fittings.
After many advances in the fittings industry, this complex, by accepting various orders in the molding and lathe industry, became a manufacturer of molds for all types of fittings, which led us to produce other automotive and industrial fittings.
As you know, since folding and box beds required gas jacks to maintain balance, there was still a need to fill this gap, so we set up a 3500 and box jack production line.
Currently, this industrial unit is a small part of the country’s industry.
